🎨 Design Requirements

• File format: SVG / AI / PNG (high resolution, transparent background)
• Design must be clear and final (no editing or adjustments included)
• Indicate size and placement of the engraving in your file (if needed)
• We do not provide design services under this package

⚙️ Processing Time

• 7–14 working days
• Begins once materials and approved design files are received

💰 Pricing

• Pricing is based on design complexity, material type, and quantity
• A formal quotation will be provided after reviewing your files and materials
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking

📦 Material Delivery

Customers are responsible for delivering the materials to our studio in good condition. We will notify you upon receipt and proceed after final confirmation.
