At Lumira Studio, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and creativity. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for damaged items or wrong products received.
• Must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., name-engraved rehal, customized tumblers) are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
• Sale or promotional items are final and cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

• Please email us at mamabestfriends@gmail,com with your order number, photo of the item, and a brief description.
• Once approved, you’ll receive:
  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund to your original payment method (processing time: 3–7 working days).

4. Return Shipping

• If eligible for return, return shipping instructions will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the error is on our part.
